there is a restaurant in Williamsburg, VA that had this in July 2015. The chef did know that this was a GOT recipe (yes I asked). They served it without the head, which was good since I don’t like my food to look at me.
The skin was nice and crispy as was the bacon. The taste of the fish was so yummy.
