About the Book

This was one of the most challenging recipe collections I’ve ever worked on! Not least of all because it was a much broader collaboration than usually happens on my cookbooks. The amazing in-world flavor text for the book was written by Marc Sumerak, who took an oddball assortment of recipes and brought them to vivid life with his descriptions. The collection of recipes includes some long time fan favorites (looking at you, Mandalorians and Twi’leks), in addition to some at-home recipes for dishes and drinks from the Disney park itself.

The photos were shot in collaboration with stylist Elena Craig and photographer Ted Thomas, both of whom are also big fans of Star Wars. It made for a really fun environment during the shoot, full of great ideas and bad puns, and a lot of jokes about sand…
The book hit shelves on November 5th, 2019, so go grab your copy before it falls into the hands of the Empire. Until then, may the fork be with you!
