Named for a location in George RR Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire series, this blog is a showcase for all the foods in that fantastic series of books. In 2012 our hard work was rewarded with the delightful publication of the Official Game of Thrones Cookbook. Whether you are a fan of the books, the HBO show, the Middle Ages, or just love good food, there is a little something here for everyone. New fictional and historical recipes are still being posted, so visit often!
***Please excuse the renovations around the Inn - I've just moved over to a better server to accomodate you all during the big push for Premiere Night on HBO, and a few things went a little wacky during the transition. Rest assured that things should return to normal soon. In the meantime, pull up a stool, have a mug of ale, and if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask...***

Highgarden Apple Roses

Thoughts: The people have spoken, and the winner of my recent Twitter poll for the next recipe’s region was overwhelmingly Highgarden. I guess we are all in the mood for some green growing things and flowers after winter, huh? :) These stunning little show-stopping desserts
